We enjoyed a lot our stay, the room was very clean, modern with a lot of facilities and an extraordinary balcon with view to caldera. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Great location in the heart of city, everything is in walking distance but with the advantage of being calm at the same time! We highly recommend, we travelled a lot and we consider that is the best place for someone to spend his vacations, a small paradise :) of course, you should not miss eating at their restaurant, whose dishes are more than delicious equivalent to a michelin restaurant. In case we go back to santorini, we will certainly return back to kratiras. A big thank to all the staff for making our stay great!

Service was excellent - Panos was very hospitable. The views are amazing. Included breakfast - rooms clean and well kept. Bed clean and comfortable - had smart tvs with Netflix after a long day of exploring!
